Everyone was thinking, especially the administration of the Shkodër Municipality, about who is winning the local elections, because over 70% are "partialists" or clans in 32 years! Even the people from Shkodër who work in the Municipality, they used to walk from the other 'cultural monument' bridge, of Buna, and no one would 'break their heads' for the broken boards, which could even break your neck, because they were thinking about who is winning the elections in May and the bridge belongs to the ministry or the municipality !? The leaders of Shkodra in 32 years have not thought much about the facades, the face of Shkodra, but most of the time about the facades and the face of their house, their garden, the flowers of their house. Prandaj siç i kanë rinovuar fasadat Tropoja, Lezha, Përmeti, Librazhdi dhe qytete të tjera duhet edhe një projekt i mirëmenduar për të ndryshuar fëtyrën e Shkodrës, fasadat anës rrugë dhe mbas apartamenteve. Por mbi të gjitha duhet të ndryshohet mentaliteti dhe të rritet përgjegjësia për 'fëtyrën dhe imazhin pozitiv te Shkodrës, fasadat e saj! Shkodra është shtëpia jonë e përbashkët, për të transmetuar pozitivitet dhe mundësi për të jetuar, punuar dhe argëtuar! Jam optimist për të ardhmen pozitive dhe zhvillimin e Shkodrës dhe 'fetyren pozitive' te qytetit te Rozafës!
