Shkodra in nobody's hands from the escape of the "Deserved Losses"!

The "Deserved Losers" leave the city in the hands of no one, proving how they managed!

Today, Shkodra is in nobody's hands! It languishes from the local government vacuum. "Deserved Losers" for me are like "Deserved Artist" decoration (apologies for the winging) but precisely as a concept, because they have left the city in the hands of no one! Shkodra is still harder to clean. Services are for black page. Offices in chaos and fear of suspicion, that they are removing them (because they are used to removing only one another for 32 years in a row) and have no officials, but empty chairs even when they are full. They are absent in the administration and almost absent in the coffee shop of the center. The City Hall has been invaded by the cars of the powerful and the children playing with balls, hitting the walls and windows of the City Hall, bam, boom, boom! They are not to blame in fact! For 32 years, this Municipality has not built a playground for them, but has no park and no corner for children's attractions and games. None to do! Imagine in the world, but in Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Fier, Korçë, that children, because they don't have a playground, play in front of the municipalities like buildings and shoot the walls with balls!!!! The sidewalks of Shkodra are already full of street vendors and the shops have removed the merchandise from inside and put it out on the street to compete with those outside! Sea yogurt for everyone! The pedestrian walkways with Skrapari stones, which the Democratic Party has built in Shkodër, are occupied by chairs and tables up to half of the road, and the other half is occupied by the cars of the wealthy with the green plant that all of Shkodra knows, but "doesn't know" " Well, the municipal police, which has been missing for days, but not even the state police, which has become one with the local government in Shkodër. Nowhere in the big cities of Albania the state police, it is not so cowardly towards villains and so arrogant towards poor people. In Shkodër there are three rows of cars and the craziest and most disorderly traffic like in any city and there is not a policeman on the road, from the traffic police who are a professional political order like those of the municipality. They are using "intelligent cars" for the deserted cities and for the vagabonds who arrogantly occupy the most visible parts of the city where it is not allowed - they make temena, suddenly they buy you cigarettes! If you don't find it surprising, you are given 20 euros from the guy inside and you are told: Get me a Marlboro and keep the change, boss!!! They are not much to blame, because it has been like this for years and those dangers are between two fires in the political laboratory of Albania to this day. What can a policeman do who is between two pairs of street thugs with friends in local and often central government?! Velipoja is filled with arrogant people who take advantage of the power vacuum and it is so unclean that the state must bring in the army, because there is no other way. Let's not leave 2 meters of public beach! There are plenty of tourists, but Thehi is not cleaned by the Municipality! Even without lights! According to what I was told, Bennett should go and fix things before starting the task! The suburbs of Shkodra are suburbs where the government and the state barely go. White no longer blows in the city and why I thought it would stay until the end. I was wrong. The campaign work that started has all been left half-finished. Absolutely half and no one touches anything anymore. Only one company owner in the center of Shkodra works and I thank him every day why he works and why the Shkodra local government is changing. A rare and hardworking man.

“Humbësit e Merituar” po ikin gati gati, si zaptues zyrash! Nuk bëjnë asgjë duke i mbushur mendjen qytetarëve të Shkodrës, se kanë bërë mirë që me votë i larguan! Shkodra vet administrohet. Ajo është një qytet që nuk i funksionon pushteti vendor dhe vetë rregullohet. Dikush abuzon, por të tjerët mbajnë veten dhe nuk e teprojnë me prishjen e rregullit. Sikur kjo gjë të bënte vaki në Tiranë (ruajna zot) kryeqytetin do ta kishte mbuluar mender jush.....!!? Humbësit e merituar tashmë, me këtë në fund,  kanë treguar se si kanë administruar me vite! Po sidomos 10-të vitet e  fundit në Shkodër. Kaq të pamerituar janë, sa e dinë dhe vetë. Prandaj struken. Fshihen me një fjalë. Bashkia (Bardhi) ka futur në punë njerëz politikisht gjatë kohës së administratës së fundit, duke fryrë në mënyrë tragjike atë me 25% më shumë në dijeninë time. Qyteti është në një rrëmujë trafiku dhe urbaniteti të pa shoqe. I ngjan viteve 1999! Më falni 1998-tën, sepse në 99-tën, kur erdhën kosovarët ishte më mirë. Të hënën është dita e fillimit të kryetarit të ri dhe kualitetit të tij për punë dhe administrim. Mbase këtu fillon ndryshimi. Po dhe sa më shpejt, sepse qyteti dhe Bashkia kudo, po merr fund. Sa më shpejt.
