"Skënderbej" Military School, history and glory...

No more than four months had passed since the country's liberation, when the wounds of the war had not yet closed, in the old Laprakë Garrison, the first descendants of the freedom fighters, the brave partisans who swore in the fire of war to staying loyal to the ideals of their ancestors, parents, brothers and sisters, the oath they took in the fire of war to lead the country to liberation, a task they successfully completed. After two years, in 1947, this school received the name "Skënderbey Military School", which for forty-seven years of its operation, also those forty-four eight hundred other Skenderbegs who came out of the banks of this school, kept in breast the great ideal, that in the service of the Motherland, loyal to it, until she closed the doors. The Skenderbegs of this school have something special, who started their military career at the age of thirteen, fourteen. They were children of simple workers and peasants, who came from all provinces, villages and cities of Albania, from patriotic families closely connected with the National Liberation War, families of martyrs and soldiers. In the tender hearts of these "white papers", only their parents, brothers and sisters who sacrificed a lot for the freedom and independence of the Motherland wrote. The state came to their aid for their contribution, educating their children for free. They were again under the parental care of the State, superiors, teachers and pedagogues from the most capable, by the invitation of the teaching, by the way of communication, by the love they showed for the Skenderbegs, as for their children. Skanderbegs, they cannot forget their first Superiors, Luto Haxhiu, Meco Starja, Agim Tepelena, Mikail Vaso, Novruz Sako, etc. etc. or the teachers Stavri Angjeli, Adriatik Kallulli, Perikli Jorgoni. Kozma Vasili, Flutura Xoxe, Agime Cela, Marije Nano, Viron Cinxo, Viron Tane, Vedat Cami, Ali Neviri and dozens and dozens of others who are and will remain the model of teachers. It was these same "parents" who would continue to write, to instill in them patriotism, the high ideals of loyalty to the Motherland, love for Albania, for family, for friends, to give their lives if necessary in their name. ideals. From that age, healthy education, love and respect for others, for friends and superiors, correctness, courtesy, warm communication, high responsibility, were deeply rooted in them. willingness and high discipline in performing any task. All these were rooted in their character and became their distinguishing feature. Even more important is that these ideals became the motto of their work, which would be guided at every step, not only by the thousands and thousands of cadres and military leaders of all levels in the Army, but also by one generation to another, for today and for the future. The people, in a special way, the military structures are proud even today after so many years and will be in the future with playwrights, publicists, writers, journalists, painters, researchers and critics such as Bashkim Kozeli, Arben Duka, Kujtim Boriçi, Shpendi Topallaj , Halil Q?ndro, Filip Rrumbullaku, Sazan Gjomema, Spiro Xhavara, Demir Rusi, Fluturak G?rmenji, Zenun Ferro, Halil Laze, Petraq Kote, Arben Bllaci, Fuat Celiku, Democrat Anastasi, Mina Qirici, Shefqet Vangjeli, Apostol Duka, Thanas Tane, Pandeli Ristani, Bib? They, not only during the years of operation of the School but also after, remained loyal to the Motherland, human lives, from gangs and bandits , joint owner, regardless of the fact that nothing was taken from its privatization. Military cadres, even in the post-communist period, have shown with concrete deeds that their ideal stood out even in the painful moments and events that the Motherland went through, not from external enemies, but from the thirst for power within the type as were the events of the beginning of the change of the system and then in the revolts and the great popular anger from the perverted policy of politicians of all colors for the introduction of discord and hatred between the Provinces... It was the military that who were the first to line up in defense of the Motherland, they will be the first in the future as well, regardless of the labeling as "servants who have served the Dictatorship Regime"! You can imagine how much they stand when they are made by "Patriots" who love the Motherland only to "milk" it! Anyone today, who remembers Commanders, Commissioners, generals and major soldiers, commanders, specialists, pilots and distinguished sailors, ministers, professors and scientists, deputies and great artists, athletes and sports masters, ambassadors, poets and writers, journalists, businessmen, politicians, etc. feels a legitimate pride for their contribution that makes us all proud, the efforts and the sweat that, among others, also have indisputable merits that have made Albania so well known in the international arena. Authors Kujtim Borici and Maksi Fejzulla, it took a great voluminous work and many sacrifices to bring us four volumes of the Books "Skënderbegasi over the years." , they have brought us together, Skenderbegas, together with all our superiors and unforgotten teachers, they have brought us together with writers, poets and journalists, painters and playwrights, directors and actors from different fields, in one body and in the service of a single purpose. Starting from 1960, about 60% of the army's needs for officers were taken from the "Skënderbej" School. In this long historical path, from the first generation with the pioneers of the war, until 1992 when the school was closed, many Skanderbegs have given their lives in the line of duty and have been declared martyrs of the homeland as in aviation, infantry, genius, artillery etc. Thousands have retired and others continue to serve in the ranks of the Armed Forces as leaders and commanders of all levels, up to the General Staff. The history of the "Skënderbej" military high school is an unbroken thread of learning, education and patriotic, cultural and military training. There the inclinations, passions and talents were best outlined, future professions took their path, sincere and uninterrupted social and friendly ties were created over the years. Even to this day, that warm hearth connects us and keeps us strong and young, as members of a large and unique family, which makes its history a really beautiful and significant book. Even the art of directing Commanders and Commissars of Units, Departments and Sub-departments of the Army, and the creative work of dozens and hundreds of intellectuals of art and culture, and leaders and talented athletes of all kinds of sports, which are dozens and hundreds of such , the basis of their success, was the Skënderbej Military School. But not only that. All these have the merit that they have made Albania so well known in the international arena, known for its many talents and record holders in all kinds of sports. and their participation in different Spartakiads, inside and outside the country. During the seventy-eight years of its operation, the history of the "Skënderbey" Military School is a story of success and glory, and as such, it made all its contingents successful and glorious. The traces of the history of this Glorious School, not only will not be erased, but will be passed on from one generation to another in the future. We have the right, dear participants, that even on this and the next anniversary, we and our descendants can be proud of this legendary school, this model of a true military school that even the generations to come have a lot to learn. , they have to learn, because the Skenderbegs, just as they swore, 78 years ago, remained loyal to the ideals, kept them close, and for this, even the future generations, they have what they learn from this Heroine School..
