The situation of the country in front of the public opinion and opinion

The situation of the country in front of the public opinion and opinion

The motive that prompted me to deal with this problem, are the paradoxical phenomena that the entire Albanian society is experiencing in this period of transition in the context of the developments that have taken place, seen in their entirety. Even such developments have created concerns, discussions and debates in social life, including all levels of our society. Panic, stress, anxiety, as well as uncertainty about tomorrow, are felt by almost anyone who is experiencing this situation. It was not without purpose that I thought of drafting a questionnaire for the purpose of study, having as an orientation the problems experienced in our country, for collecting the opinions of individuals of different levels, to get from them the most transparent and objective opinions. and as much as possible regarding the current situation. Of course, this article started from the problem that dictates, serves as a sensitization and as a message to give the necessary explanations, not only to those interested, but above all I think that the dictated writing will also serve as an appeal for our state (since it is known that the state in every social system , is a catalyst and regulator of society) to make the necessary changes and improvements, and obviously the state bears its responsibility regarding the current situation experienced by our country and society. But I want to underline that in addition to the state, there are other actors who influence and help with their contributions to change and improve the situation, so that this country and this people can return to normal life. What came out of the developed questionnaire (as I mentioned above) and the study done regarding the mentioned problem, during continuous contacts with individuals of different levels? Let's follow them according to the next questions. Regarding question 1. Do you think that life in our country at the moment does not work normally, based on the problems experienced? In this regard, the dominant opinion was that our life has long since left its normal tracks, being transformed into a life meaningless and worthless. This is seen in the performance of people in everyday life where we can mention the violation of ethics in their uniform (the reflection of extravagance in their clothing) everyday, where in most cases, starting from the clothing and uniform, you cannot distinguish which one is boy and which is girl, which is male and which is female. Other aspects related to the opinions given on the first question, are the criminal phenomena of various forms that continuously occur in social life and other unforeseen events that we are already all witnesses to. Regarding the examples given, their conclusion is that we are dealing with a degeneration of almost the entire society in this transition. As another aspect of a degenerate life, the various television stations are also mentioned in relation to the programs that unfold, programs of which in most of them do not convey messages that positively educate our TV viewers and the Albanian society in general. In this regard, the Top Channel station was mentioned as a negative example. Regarding question 2. Tell the causes and reasons why such flows came? Regarding the phenomena and flows that occurred, they said, was that the responsibility in the first place is billed to the state for its lack of functioning during the entire transition period, in terms of law enforcement. But in the context of the comments made, there are also opinions that in addition to the state that must give its model in the role it belongs to, our own society is also not without responsibility, since for the democracy of the country and the good life in the country, we must contribute all in our share. Regarding question 3. Do you think that in the context of these trends and changes that occurred with the change of systems, some things were necessary and necessary? Regarding this question, there are opinions that many things were done well that were overturned, but in the framework of the overturns that occurred there were also misunderstandings, because along with the bad and negatives of that system, some good things that had to do with the positive traditions of our people and country were rejected, with the opinion that everything related to the life and worldview of that system, now overturned, should be considered as something bad and unnecessary for the new system that was put in place. But let's not forget that every system and every time has its pros and cons, but the good, tradition and value must be preserved again in the context of great and qualitative transformations and upheavals. Of course, this is also a merit and culture for the people who preserve them. In the framework of the reactions related to the upheavals that occurred with the change of systems, there were also opinions that the remains of that system are still preserved, which is reflected in the ways of the next governments in the experienced transition. Regarding question 4. Do you think that in the future the life we ??experience will return to normality? If so, how long do you expect to return to normal life? If not, what are the reasons for this opinion? On this question, many opinions were skeptical about the return of normal life, based on the way of governments and the political class that we experience. The thought and expression that was more distorted in this aspect was: our country will return to normal life, only when the direction of the country will be taken by a new political class with western culture and stripped of any kind of influence with a communist mentality. Regarding question 5. From whom is expected the return of normal life and development in our country? In this regard, they said, the word and the positive example in the first place should be given by the state itself through its law-enforcement bodies. then also our people with their culture and conscience in terms of behavior in every environment where they are, the fulfillment of duties by employees of the state administration, as well as the correct implementation of the approved laws. The external factor undoubtedly has its own role in terms of helping and influencing the development of the country, but the determination remains the contribution of the Albanians themselves to return happiness and normal life to their country. Regarding question 6. How do you think the changes and differences between the life we ??experience in our country and the life in other countries of the world? The opinion in this regard was that our country, based on the level of development and the life it leads, is far away from other countries. other countries of the world, as they are much ahead of us in terms of the establishment of democracy and democratic developments, since their history has had other flows, compared to the history of our country. Even more than our country, it was the last country in the Balkans to emerge from the communist dictatorship. Of course, our country was also the last bastion of communism. They also said that the people there have a higher level in terms of culture, compared to the culture of the people in our country, which is related to many historical factors that we have missed. But in relation to this significant difference in development that we have, compared to many other countries in the world, as well as to this long, painful and difficult transition that we are experiencing, we ourselves are also responsible (including all actors) regarding the behaviors and the contributions given to the development of the country and Albanian democracy. 7. How do you think the functioning of a normal life? Most of the opinions regarding this question were that for normal life to work in a country, three main and necessary things must work that our country has so far lacked as a result of successive misgovernments and abuse of power: First , to apply the law on the part of the state without distinction. Second, to respect human rights in legitimate ways. Thirdly, there should be job options for people so that they do not experience unemployment and the birth of poverty on the scale that happens in the country during this transition period.
