Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu says that if the justice system was functioning in the country, Prime Minister Edi Rama would have been questioned about the scandal with the former FBI official, Charles McGonigal.
In the "Now" show, Spahiu said that the prosecution has the obligation to start criminal proceedings and with grounds to prove if there are elements of a criminal offense.
"If Albania had a Falkone or a Borsalino in the justice system, both of these people should have traveled to Washington. Why?
