Alqi Blako is released from the cell, the journalist discloses new details: This

The former deputy of the Socialist Party, Alqi Blako, has been released from his cell, after GJKKO accepted his request for a milder security measure.

The court accepted the request for the replacement of the security measure from "Prison arrest" to "House arrest".

Meanwhile, the journalist Eni Ferhati, in a TV interview, stated that this decision could open the way for former minister Lefter Koka to relax the security measures.

Even Koka, who is in prison after being accused of being involved in the incinerator affair, has requested a milder security measure, due to his health condition.

"It is not known the reason that the Court has decided to soften the security measure under house arrest. In previous requests, Blako has claimed that due to his family circumstances, he should be given a milder measure of security.

Taken in a wider context, where there are other people who are accused of the incinerators, among them the former minister Lefter Koka, who was refused a milder security measure, even up to the Supreme Court, perhaps this may be a precedent that will pave the way for the release of Lefter Koka in a more lenient measure, as long as he has requested the change or softening of the security measure due to his health condition, since Koka has been hospitalized and in prison hospital due to health complications" - declared Eni Ferhati.

Alqi Blako and the former Minister of Environment Lefter Koka are suspected of falsifying the document on the type of land where the Fieri incinerator would be built.

They have presented to the government as if the incinerator building would be built on land.

SPAK has proven that it is built on arable land, the value of which is cheaper. This forgery has brought a damage of about 140 thousand euros to the state budget.
