Berisha: The departure of Rama is a national emergency, it has remained like rot, no NATO country should accept it

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha called for continuous citizen protests until the overthrow of Prime Minister Edi Rama from power. At yesterday afternoon's conference, Berisha congratulated the democratic MPs of "Foltores" for contesting Rama's absence in the Assembly to confront the opposition about the "McGonigal" scandal. He added that with the created scandal, Rama should not only be prime minister, but should not be accepted in any NATO country. "I salute you for your responsible and important position in the Parliament, but I also promise to the Albanian citizens, the voters, that the DP will not abandon that Parliament. Politically today, Rama is simply a piece of rot, which should in no way have a place in the NATO space as a representative of the Albanian people. The head of "Foltor" appealed to the Albanian citizens that the overthrow of Rama from power is a national emergency. "You have to testify, or resign or you will face very big problems. Every hour that passes is an hour of shame for every Albanian. It is not possible to accept at the head of the government a prime minister who introduces the heaviest and heaviest knife in 30 years or more in the field of the country's security. His departure is a national emergency", concluded Berisha.
