Berisha stated that we are sinking more and more into scarcity and poverty every day, and I declare here that every citizen of Cërrik, every Albanian citizen who feels better than 8 years ago, should not vote for change, vote for continuity. "On May 14, you are invited to vote for Servet Duzha, to vote for the change so that all the potentials of this municipality, all the income, resources, opportunities, are returned to you in services, returned to employment, support, development. So this change is a very big change, compared to the current government, which is a clone, a clone of the central government, a government without transparency, a government in which your taxes, your money, are squandered by a narrow group of family members , relatives of local governors, just as they are abused in Tirana by a close group of clients and relatives of Edi Rama. Therefore, this change with May 14 is important for Albanian society, for Cërrik, as air is for birds. We are sinking every day more and more into scarcity and poverty, and I declare here, every citizen of Cërrik, every Albanian citizen who feels better than 8 years ago, not to vote for change, to vote for continuity. But I appeal to Albanians who feel that these 8 years, their security is never what it used to be, their well-being has declined. With their salaries and pensions, they buy much less than 8 years ago, that their business is limited, vote for change. Otherwise, next year and every year we will go deeper and deeper into our drama", declared Berisha.
