Balla : I referred to the EC president's statement in the parliament, at the beginning of September, when Mrs. Von der Leyen requested that the EU also calculate its own measures. You know that the reason for declaring non grata is corruption and undermining democracy, I see Borell's statement along the same lines. The fact that you are non grata is a fact for both Great Britain and the EU.
