She was his biggest supporter, but she asked him to resign immediately after he lost the elections, Grida Duma shows what her relationship with Basha is today
Written by SOT.COM.AL 6 Tetor 2022
Deputy Grida Duma has confessed that she cut off all communication with the former leader of the DP, Lulzim Basha. This, as she was one of the main voices that asked Basha to take responsibility for the loss of the partial local elections on March 6.
"It is natural that I was among the people who was the most vocal in taking his (Basha's) responsibility. It is natural.
From a human point of view, I didn't want to put ourselves in any position with the people we worked with. From a political point of view, we are obliged to understand the truths", said Duma.
As for its ambitions, Duma has stated that at the moment there is no ambition in the DP.
"Effort teaches you the way, there is no political journey with a defined map. This is not the moment to discuss my ambition. I am on several tasks in the DP and I represent the opposition as much as I can, and I believe that I do this well", she said in an interview for A2.
