Journalist Artan Hoxha has brought back a video that shows Arben Mürkurin (Maneci) who was killed today, alongside Astrit Avdylaj, a person who appeared in file 339 for buying votes for the Socialist Party in the 2017 elections.

Hoxha said that in the footage published by Merkuri and Avdyli, they came to meet the mother of a boy who was fined 500,000 euros, which he did not pay.

Hoxha says that these parts of the event also appeared in the interceptions of file 339, but that the conversations were cut off. He said that if this event, which has reached the hands of the police, had been investigated, Merkuri would be alive today.
