Radical changes in the government and Parliament, three quarters of the ministers and deputies will not be in 2025, here is the "earthquake" that will happen in the Socialist Party, the names of endangered "VIPs" are disclosed

Radical changes in the government and Parliament, three quarters of the

Prime Minister Edi Rama is preparing to make drastic changes in the government for the 2025 elections. "SOT" newspaper reported yesterday that there will be changes in district leaders and ministers. But yesterday the "bombshell" statement came from the Minister for Parliament Elisa Spiropali. She stated that three quarters of the government or Parliament may not be in these positions after the 2025 elections. Her answer came after the question of why the two anti-corruption and disinformation commissions were set up now, when it is known that it is the last parliamentary session? "It's not a matter of time, it's a matter of the objective of where you will reach. This session ends very soon and the last session for this legislature begins. We decided that it should now. The Good Governance Commission is a commission that aims to come up with an action plan. Parliament has all the rights and space given by the Constitution to enable both the executive, independent institutions and those established by law to report on some issues that are there for everyone to see: the EU report with the relevant recommendations. For us, this is not a matter of individuals or identities. I am, I may not be in Parliament or in the government. Three quarters of the government or Parliament is and may not be in the Government or Parliament. What remains and is unchangeable is our desire, will and work to leave a stronger Albania", she said. The signals given by Spiropali are that the 2025 elections will be full of surprises.

Edi Rama is preparing strong changes

One thing is certain, changes will happen and this fact was warned by Edi Rama himself during his last statements. He has closed the door of running for the 2025 parliamentary elections to all high-ranking socialist officials who have been involved in corrupt and criminal affairs and who have open accounts with justice. "This is a 10-year process and this is about, I don't want to mention those people at all because they are in their troubles, and they have finished working with me and politics and the public, but it is about a certain count that begins the first day, one. Second, most, if not all, when they started having problems with justice, they were removed from the government. So, when you tell me what we should do, what should we actually do?", said Edi Rama. In this situation, there are many ministers and deputies who have open accounts with SPAK. Investigations of the Tirana incinerator file have been postponed until September. Completion of the investigation of this affair will force Rama to remove 2025 important names from the list. Recently, the mayor Erion Veliaj, minister Belinda Balluku, but also Engjëll Agaçi have been called to account in SPAK. Niko Peleshi and Ogerta Manastirliu, who have open accounts with SPAK, are also at risk. The Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi, was summoned to SPAK on March 5. Pelesi left the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office after almost more than 2 hours of stay. Pelesi appeared at 10:00 a.m. at SPAK offices. Although no official details have been released about what he has given an account for, it is reported that the minister may have been called in connection with the investigation about the incinerators, relations with Klodian Zoto, about the procedure of the water meter when he was in the municipality of Korça, or about the connections his with the scandals in the army, a file which SPAK has been investigating for 3 years. Outside SPAK, Minister Peleshi briefly told reporters that "he was there for function issues". Before Peleshi was former minister Damian Gjiknuri, who was questioned for seven hours in the Special Prosecutor's Office. After leaving SPAK, Gjiknuri refused to answer journalists' questions about the reasons why he was summoned. "It is quite common to give statements to the prosecutor's office about events that you learned about during the exercise of your duties," said Gjiknuri. "Why do you want the answers here". There are two moments that connect the former minister with his appearance at the prosecutor's office. One of them is the report for the Tirana-Elbasan road and the mention of his name in Arben Ahmetaj's file for the incinerators. There are also MPs at risk. It is Olta Xhaçka who risks handcuffs for property affairs in the army. Also involved in this scandal are high socialist officials. In this situation, the chief socialist is obliged to implement the reform scenario in his government. Rama is not in a hurry to make the changes now, as SPAK is said to be preparing "Metamorphosis 4".where it is said that there are also politicians connected to crime. Until now, the name of Ulsi Manjë, but also of Taulant Balla, has been mentioned.
