In today's government meeting, which was chaired by the deputy prime minister, Belinda Balluku, in the absence of the head of government, Edi Rama, who is in Bratislava, some decisions were made.
DECISION;
Release and appointment of a member of the governing council of the state cadastre agency
In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Point 1, Article 8, of Law No. 111/2018, "On Cadastre", with the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers
DECIDE:
Mr. Claudio Çollaku, member of the management council of the State Cadastre Agency, representative of the State Authority for Geospatial Information, is released from this duty.
Ms. Vilma Tomço is appointed member of the management council of the State Cadastre Agency, representative of the State Authority for Geospatial Information.
This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".
