Although he has been absent from parliament for 6 months, Sali Berisha will not lose his mandate as a member of parliament. At the meeting of the Conference of Presidents, Lindita Nikolla argued that his absence from the plenary sessions in this period is considered reasonable as long as he is under a "house arrest" measure.

Commenting on this decision, analyst Mentor Nazarko said on the show "Real Story" that this act does not empower Berisha or the DP. While for analyst Skënder Minxhozi, Berisha's biggest confrontations are related to SPAK and Edi Rama.

Mentor Nazarko: They would like Berisha not to be a political alternative at all, but since he is, due to the judicial reconfirmation with a logo and seal, the fact that he has or does not have the mandate of the deputy does not mean anything in terms of the challenge to the USA -'s.
