Rama gives 3 million ALL for the treatment of the head of the Shkodra Appeal (NAME)

The government approved today the decision to cover the medical expenses for the president of the Shkodra Court of Appeals, Fuat Vjerdha.

The decision determines 3 million ALL.

COVERAGE OF MEDICAL EXPENSES OF MR. FUAT VJERDHA

Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and law no. 115/2021, "On the budget for 2022", on the proposal of the Minister of Health and Social Protection, the Council of Ministers.

VENDOSI:

Coverage of medical expenses of Mr. Fuat Vjerdha, in the amount of 3,000,000 (three million) ALL.
This fund should be covered by the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.
Payment should be made by submitting the relevant invoices of the treatment institution.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection and the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund are in charge of implementing this decision.
This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".
