Qëndrueshmëria dhe intensiteti i ngjarjeve të fundit politike, nga kalimi i ndryshimeve kontroverse kushtetuese në Kosovë në mes të prillit e deri te mos votimi i pesë kandidatëve për Gjykatën Supreme, kanë pak kuptim në sipërfaqe pa një motiv të fshehtë. Në kryeqytet qarkullojnë thashetheme mbi cilat mund të jenë këto motive, por zyrtarët më të lartë, duke përfshirë kryeministrin Berisha, kryetaren e Kuvendit Topalli dhe Presidentin Topi, u shmangen spekulimeve të tilla, duke u përqendruar te lufta politike e momentit.
