Blendi Fevziu considers the government of Edi Rama to be quite worn out, but says that it continues undisturbed due to the weakness of the opposition.

Regarding the local elections, Fevziu stated that the majority is not judged in the same way as in the parliamentary elections, since the citizens value the candidates more than the political force.

The journalist declared in the show "The Unexposed", that it will be difficult and almost impossible for the Socialist Party to win Shkodra, despite the many efforts to achieve this goal.

"The power is worn out, it has created a terrible stability for the country, a political comfort. This majority must have been in very hard times, but it continues. There is a strong lack of accountability. There is no worry, there is a great consumption. But we are not in general elections, we are in local elections in which the central government is not judged, but the local candidates.

Local elections have been divided for 32 years with a regularity between the Democratic Party, which has dominated some areas, and the Socialist Party, which has dominated others. There have been some more interchangeable areas, such as Tirana, Durres, Elbasani, Korça.

So they are areas that have changed. There were also changes in Lezha, Kavaja at certain moments. But the area where the battle will take place is Tirana, Durres, Elbasan.

For Shkodra, I find it difficult for the SP to win the elections. In 2021, when SP had a strong candidate in Shkodra and DP votes were divided, DP still won Shkodra" - said Fevziu.
