There are five deputies who are leaving their mandate to run for mayor in the May 14 elections. Luciano Boçi, Belind Këlliçi and Zef Hila are the DP deputies who left the parliament to become local leaders. Meanwhile, the two MPs from the SP are Benet Beci and Besjan Ajazi.

Meanwhile, for Elbasan, the mandate is taken by Qani Xhafa instead of Boç, in Tirana, Asllan Dogjani instead of Këlliç, and in Shkodër, Zef Hila is replaced by Lodovik Hasani.

And in Shkodër from the SP, Ilir Beqja returns to the parliament after Benet Beci left, and in Gramsh after the resignation of Besjan Ajazi, Shkëlqim Bullari comes.
