Lawyer Spartak Njela describes Enkelejd Alibeaj as 'incompetent' for not being able to make a decision on how DP will enter the May 14 elections. After several days of discussions and meetings, he has only a few hours left to make the final decision, but Ngjela says that he does not have the dimension of a statesman because he is afraid of losing.

In an interview with journalist Nertil Agalliu, Ngjela said that Alibeaj should act urgently and suggests that Agron Gjekmarkaj be sent to the Catholic areas in the north of the country because he has support. He also says that they will get the DP out of the crisis only if they choose personalities to run in the local elections.

Surveys conducted by foreign agencies tell me that both of them cannot exceed 15%. It is a divisive move because you don't believe everything but remember that they will come out with documents about who they play with. There will be documents that show their activity not in favor of America", said Ngjela.

Regarding the SP lists, lawyer Ngjela says that they showed strength with their decision after reconfirming the 44 current mayors as candidates.
