Ka qenë një pazar i pastër mes anëtarëve të Gjykatës Kushtetuese dhe qeverisë me në krye Ramën. Nuk mund të ketë gjyqtarë që mund ta kenë pagën mbi prokurorët dhe gjyqtarët e SPAK dhe Gjykatës së Posaçme. S’mund të ketë pazar vetëm për një segment të sistemit të drejtësisë”, deklaroi Bardhi. Ishte deputetja Jorida Tabaku ajo që propozoi që të shtyhet ligjin për pagat e gjyqtarëve të Gjykatës Kushtetuese. “Unë kam një thirrje për kolegët socialistë, të tërhiqe ligji për gjykatën kushtetuese sot, ti ushtrojmë procedurën parlamentare, ta diskutojmë si pjesë e diskutimeve të komisionit të reformës në drejtësi dhe të shikojmë mundësinë për një reformë tërësore në sistemin e pagave të gjyqësorit që do i jepte dinjitet Shqipërisë por që edhe nuk  cenonte parimet me të cilat është rënë dakord kur është miratuar reforma në drejtësi. Shpresoj që kolegët ti shohin çështjet me parimin që është miratuar reforma në drejtësi. Kjo është pavarësia e pushteteve. Për këtë arsye unë shpresoj që të kemi mundësi të bëjmë një diskutim në komisionin e posaçëm që është ngritur në komisionin e ligjeve. Kjo do ti jepte mundësi edhe opozitës që të japin mendimet e tyre”, deklaroi Tabaku. Ndërkaq kërkesa u pranua nga mazhoranca. Jemi dakord që ta shtyjmë për një seancë tjetër, por më duhet ti them zonjës Tabaku që nuk është e mirinformuar dhe nuk ka faj se me gjithë lumin e akuzave që kolegët e saj i kanë bërë gjykatës më të nderuar në vend mund të keq informohesh në këto kohë dizinformacioni. Gjykata kushtetuese e ka dërguar në Kuvend projektin më 21 qershor, GJK kushtetuese ka ndjekur procedurën dhe ndaj ne sot e sjellim këtë propozim, por jemi dakord që ta shtyjmë për një seancë tjetër. Ne jemi dakord që ta shtyjmë dhe uroj që të reflektojnë edhe kolegët për mos të hedhur më baltë mbi institucionet kushtetuese të këtij vendi që ruajnë kushtetutshmërinë e një organi”, deklaroi Gogu.
