"I closed my eyes and waited to die"/ She was raped by her Albanian ex-husband, the young woman confesses the horror she saw

Details of the case of sexual abuse of a 28-year-old woman in Greece by her Albanian ex-husband have come to light. The young woman narrated the moments when she was abused and raped by the 33-year-old man. The latter told the Prosecutor that he intended to rape her so that she would not participate in the baptism of their 2-year-old child.

As the 28-year-old revealed, in fact, this was not the first time she was a victim of abuse by her estranged husband, who on the fateful morning threatened to throw her into the Isthmus.

" I closed my eyes and waited to die ," the woman declared, reports  Irafina.gr

The 28-year-old's lawyer spoke to "Society Hour MEGA" about the event. He has shown that his client is physically well, but psychologically she is not well.

" She is better physically, her clinical picture is improving and it seems that she had a severe attack. Psychologically it is not good. We are awaiting the conclusion of the main investigation. Even after the separation, there was a relationship, which was not reported, and this was also the reason for the separation. They haven't lived together in the last 6 months ", said Christina Panagi.

"The children saw her beaten, she gave them an excuse and this in a small town, it's broadcast live. The woman did not report the incident for fear of the presence of the children. She was asking him for a divorce and that was the reason they were fighting. She is a very sweet mother, she works two jobs to support her children" , concluded the testimony of the lawyer.

The 33-year-old Albanian dragged his ex-wife to her parents' house in Corinth where he raped her. The 28-year-old mother of two children is in the hospital with serious facial injuries and risks a retinal detachment.
