Jeff Hovenier, the US ambassador to Kosovo, reacted to the meeting that took place in Ohrid between Vucic and Kurti, stating that the implementation of the agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia is a decisive moment for unlocking the future of Kosovo.

He, through a status on Twitter, said that "We will continue to stand with the people of Kosovo to realize one of our main priorities".

"The implementation of this agreement is crucial for unlocking the future of Kosovo. We will continue to stand with the people of Kosovo to realize one of our main, common priorities: ensuring that Kosovo takes its rightful place in European and Euro-Atlantic institutions", wrote Hovenier.

This reaction of the ambassador comes after the March 18 meeting in Ohrid brought another reconciliation between Kosovo and Serbia regarding the dialogue process. The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu?i?, agreed to start implementing the Agreement for the normalization of relations as soon as possible.
