Fast and delicious diet, lose 3 kilos in 3 days with rice

An entire rice-based weight loss program created by Dr. William Kempner at Durham University and called it the "Rice Diet".

The specific program dates back to around 1930 and places rice as the basis of the person's daily diet. Then gradually make some additions to different fruits and vegetables. The result is amazing weight loss and improved health. The diet has been shown to prevent or even treat kidney disease and high blood pressure.

One cup of cooked rice (150 grams) contains 178 calories. In other words, a third of the calories you would get if you consumed an equivalent amount of beef or cheese. Remember… Unprocessed brown rice is much better than regular white rice, and is very easily found in today's supermarkets.

Duration of the diet: 3 days.
Weight loss: up to 3 kg.

We consume the following for each day:

Rice: 4-5 meals of 1 cup of rice each.
Yogurt: 200 gr. low-fat yogurt divided into meals of the day
Fruits: 2 fruits.
Vegetables: 3 servings of vegetables.
You will eat the above meals for 3 days, which is also the duration of the diet.

After completing this diet and any diet, we follow a balanced and healthy eating program. This diet is aimed at adults. Before starting it, it would be good to consult your doctor.
