With over 30 years of experience in his industry, he uploads videos on Tik Tok with tips for a smoother and healthier life. In a recent post, he revealed the 5 foods that are never missing from his plate and which he recommends for good health and a long life.

The 63-year-old has over 286,000 followers on Tik Tok, and in the video of the "magical" foods, she is heard saying: "These foods are medicine." "Do you often eat these foods? What do you want to eat more of in your diet?"

The first food on the list is cruciferous vegetables, i.e. broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, etc.

"All of these contain ingredients that activate cellular detoxification pathways and optimize your mineral status," she says, emphasizing that the folic acid they contain is important for biochemical processes and the control of homocysteine, which is harmful to blood vessels and increases the risk of blood clots at high levels.

Next is olive oil, which is a very good source of fat while also containing all kinds of anti-inflammatory compounds. She appreciated its taste, while emphasizing that the fats from the oil are good for humans.

"You need to make sure you're getting plenty of good fats, and olive oil is a great way to do that. It should be your main fat."

Next on the list are nuts, which she described as very important. "They are full of minerals, fat, protein and fiber," she said.

The doctor recommends eating nuts and seeds, including almonds, walnuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and sesame seeds.

Berries are the next superfood, according to Dr. Mark Hayman . "It's an excellent source of antioxidants and phytochemicals, which activate the longevity pathways we need to activate our healing systems, the key to staying young," she is heard saying.

The fifth and last food that is not missing is a drink, green tea.

"Drinking green tea is also one of the easiest ways to burn fat. Green tea is made even more useful in matcha form – powdered tea leaves that you can mix with water or add to smoothies, which is one of my favorite ways to consume it.
