But an American nutritionist, Courtney Kassiss, claims that there is a simple way to lose a few pounds, without having to limit yourself.

The mother-of-two, who first rose to fame on social media platforms, says her technique involves consuming at least 90 grams of protein, 30 grams of fiber and 50 grams of healthy fats a day.

She promotes the diet proposed by her regularly on her TikTok page, claiming that she has followed this method for almost a year, and that within two months she has managed to lose up to 7 kg.

In the caption accompanying a recently posted clip, the dietitian says she followed restrictive diets for years and was "so frustrated with the ineffective results."

But she chose to exercise with the '90-30-50' method to see a complete change in her health journey.

"Together, these nutrients work to increase metabolism, support fat-burning processes, promote satiety, balance blood sugar, and increase lean muscle mass, all of which support optimal goals." of health and weight loss," Courtney asserted.

"The beauty of the method is that it won't force you to restrict the food you eat," adds Courtney

In fact, we'll often see you eating more in order to reach the recommended amount of protein, fiber and healthy fats.

But which foods have protein, fiber and healthy fats?

Good food sources of protein are meat, fish, dairy products, eggs, nuts and soy, beans, peas and lentils.

As for fiber, the guidelines say you should eat about 30g a day, just like Courtney recommends. You can do this by choosing whole grain breads, breakfast cereals or whole grains, pasta or rice, fruits, vegetables, peas, beans, nuts, seeds and potatoes with their skins.

Finally, healthy fats, also known as unsaturated fats, can be found in vegetable oils (such as olive, canola, sunflower, soybean, and corn), nuts, seeds, and fish.
