Georgina Rodrigues, the wife of the famous player, Cristiano Ronaldo, has gone through a serious tragedy, having three abortions before they lost their child last year.

Georgina was expecting twins in April last year. The pair welcomed their daughter Bella Esmeralda, but lost Bella's twin brother, Angel.

"Every time I went to the gynecologist at night, I had nightmares because I was worried about what position they would be in, what the birth would be like, if it would be a cesarean," Georgina confessed.

"I was very afraid at every visit. I felt very tense because I had three previous miscarriages and I would come home in pieces."

After the loss of their son, the couple expressed their grief: "With our deepest sorrow we have to announce that our son has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parent can feel. Only the birth of our daughter gives us the strength to live this moment with a little hope and happiness. We are all devastated by this loss and kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time. Our son, you are our angel. We will always love you.”

"They were born on Easter Monday, the most awaited moment and when it seems as if the heart stops. Bella was born strong and healthy, but a part of my heart was broken. I wondered how I would go on. I wasn't ready to accept what had happened to me and I wasn't ready to tell my children about it. Since I still had a little belly, I told them that Angel would wait a little longer to give birth, until Cris told them that Angel was in Heaven," she says in the documentary.
